The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. Seeing everything in the natural world around you change where it doesn’t look like it’s supposed to. i.e. Houses, neighborhoods, street signs, highway exit signs, the sky. (This is why people are getting lost and have no clue where they are)
Seeing a green radar light or a spinning white light orb in your right eye that you can see with the eyes open or shut
In the theory of medical science, at its foundation, the idea is that the brain just magically comes alive and decides “You know what? I am just going to operate totally independently of the human being and just take over their entire lives and start screaming at them in audible voices and attacking their body. Why not?”.
